how can i fix it ?

i have a astra g my key/fob will not open or lock my doors i have replaced the battery and also had it in ignition to sync the key but that also has not fixed so what will i have to do thanks guys

make sure the spring loaded ign. switch pops all the way out when you remove the key,this affects the central locking
