have a citreon c3 origanally the wipers werent working but now the wipers are on constantly on and ive lost all power to and from the dash ie. the radio, hazards ,lights ,and ignition have all stopped working know its an electrical fault does any one know were the fuse is that control all the above is it the one in the glove box or the one under the bonnet citreon arent terribly good about giving this info out thanks
