i have a Samsung RS21DCNS, had it for about 3years.. this problem has only recently started to happen. every 3-4days i have to strip down the fridge and defrost it. can anyone help to what it might be?

thay are samsung agents so i guess they know what the are doing ,

we bought the RS21 samsung fridge freezer problems kit and fitted within 1 hour , although we had switched our fridge freezer of the night before - as recomended .

we had to call their samsung engineer a coupleof times just to make sure we were doing repair correct - he always asnwered and was very patieint whilst explaining what to do ..
