How can I replace the driver clutch on a Cusinart BFP-703?

How can I replace the driver clutch on a Cusinart BFP-703? Sounds like the same problem Stan@windFallman has. The drive spindle rotates making it difficult to remove the gold head. Would like to know if its easy to replace or should have it shipped back to Cuisinart for repair.

Remove the motor from the housing by removing the three screws on the bottom. The motor will slip out easily, but be careful of the wires. The clutch is connected to a shaft which runs the length of the motor. The trick is to hold the clutch with one hand and use a screw driver at the bottom of the motor to turn the shaft. The trick here is that you have to turn the screwdriver to the RIGHT! Good Luck!

Did you ever get an answer? We face the same problem and have the part but haven't figured out how to get it not to spin and remove the gold head, including using vice grips.
