My Indest DIF which was brought from new has a cleaning problem. it appears that the top ark is not spinning. I have cleaned the dishwasher but still the problem continues. Anu ideas on what the problem may be?

spoke to indesit who said 5 year warranty on parts. engineer to try and fix for £105 payable upfront 90 day warranty or £165 payable over 10months. ummhed and ahhed and they reduced to £130 over 10months including 1yr guarantee so I have gone for that.

seems you have the same issue as me, I have taken the sides off the dishwasher and looked inside, from what I can see and what info. I have seen on various websites the motor/pump (£80) +labour charge may be the problem. mine is just inside two year old and I have just written a query to indesit regarding it, as some websites say that a 5year parts warranty if you registered, and I have read £160 callout charge!! another website says 2 year warranty see attached link. http://www.twenga.co.uk/prices-DIF-04-INDESIT-Integrated-dishwasher-484118-0.
since the item is £244 to buy then not worth the repair if out of the warranty. I'll see what they say and whether I will buy another indesit. hope this helps.
