my zanussi washer/dryer 3 min only?

I have a Zanussi washer/dryer and when we set it to wash it displays the time but when you press start it goes to 3 min and then stops. any ideas?

zanusi wjs1265w showed e90 error, front panel lights up and will go through set options, but will not start, and door will not open.

could be anything as the machine is checking all the components during this stage.what model is it ?
