The reverse light of my Ford Focus 2002 died and I replaced it. It was working fine for a while but now it remains on in drive. How can I get it working normally? What is the problem? Will it cost two kidneys (cos I don't want anyone taking the p**s)?

gather its an auto so reverse light fuse is 10 amps fuse number 39 back of fuse box in car behind glove box (you have to take glove box off then undo fuse box think its 3 nuts then pull down to see back of fuse box and pull fuse 39 out ) idealy get a reverse light switch and fit it to your gearbox only cheap from motor factors (quarter of a kidney)
