How to fix Hotpoint Aquarius washing machine WT540?

My Hotpoint WT540 washing machine does not respond to any button pressing and most of the LED's are flashing simultaneously and continually. I have replaced the control mother board at the top of the machine but this made no difference at all. Any ideas?
