Misfiring on galaxy 2.0 p reg ?

The car still drives but really lacks in power i have checked the spark plug and 1 2 4 are clean but 3 has got dry black on it any ideas please

have you tried a new plug?lead or coil pack,could be any of these,try a plug first and move onto the lead/coil pack,good luck
