watch videos on youtube of aeg door seal being fitted.yours is exactly the same fitting wise.They are very difficult to do the 1st time and many people give up trying to fit them as it seems almost impossible as you do it blind and by feel!!
It can be done and once you have done a few they take 10 mins but that's down to experience
