Water is pouring out of a small rectangular hole in the plastic housing that surrounds the washing machine drum close to the pipe thatfills/empties the machine with water. The edges of the rectangular hole are toosmooth to be caused by damage and I am wondering if there was a plug of somekind that has just come out and can be replaced ?
