beko sensor tumble dryer?

I have a Beko Tumble Dryer and have changed the elements and sensors (not the front sensor yet) The bottom half of the element heats up red but the top element does not.
I am using the sensor programmes in the above.
The timed side I am aware only operatates on half heat.
It is impossible to say how it worked before hand as it has never been any good for clothes drying.
Can anyone help in getting the whole element to glow red?

Hi denis had the same problem with my beko drvs73w i checked the heater element that was ok checked the thermostat that was ok checked the sensor just above the thermostat that was ok checked the front sensor just behind the front panel that was ok tried it again still no good then found another sensor at the bottom of the drum two metal bars held in by two screws took this of cleaned out the fluff put it back together put the back panel on over the heater element pressed the reset button and it's just dried two load's of washing ok on extra dry i'm just trying it on rapid dry i think thats the only time the heater element heat up fully seems to be working ok now

The bottom half come on after about 30secs. that is when the drum is turning anti clockwise. Then when the drum stops and begins to travel in a clockwise dirction the bottom half of the element on goes off and does not go back on even when drum stops and rotates otherway again.

how long do you let the element work?.1st element comes on and then sometime later the other half (full heat ) comes on.not sure on timings but there is a delay.like you say it only happens on auto dryer settings.
