have had servis frost0free fridge freezer about 5 yrs. strange ticking noise when fridge door opened and light in fridge kept flickering. Ticking noise extended to when door was shut. All the lights were flashing together, green, red and amber - switched it off for 5 minutes and when i rebooted it, only the red light was flashing. can you help me
