i have a bosch washing machine, which keeps filling up with water and not draining! i no how to empty the water at the front by unscrewing a cap but dont no what to do next? also i cannot pull the washing machine out as it is all attached within a cupboard. any help would be much appraciated!

Your outlet pump is jammed with stray hair clips / coins. Access is required to the underneath of the machine. I has to come out I'm afraid.
