My Indesit integrated washer is acting up. The dial continues to rotate when on the wash cycle (but the spin cycle works normally). The LED flashes 3x and as far as I can tell from the limited information on the Indesit website, this means a thermostat problem. As noted the machine has a thermistor, does a circuit board therefore need to be replaced?
Just trying to decide if I should replace or repair. The washer is 5 years old, and I've had no problems with it until now.

Before spending your hard earned cash,check the filter for an obstruction,located front bottom right.Remove cover,turn knob anti clockwise and remove,check inside with a torch to see if anything is restricting the propeller,if so remove replace knob and cover and reset machine.Hope this helps.
