machine will not spin,water drains out, lets water in as well, have checked filter, outlet and inlet hoses are fine.

if the belt is still on I would say the motor brushes are worn out and need replacing.you can lay the machine on its back and remove the brushes from the bottom.if the carbon bit is less than 10mm it will need replacing
