Wanted: Charger for McKeller 14.4V Cordless Drill?

I have a McKeller 14.4V Cordless Drill, bought from Focus. However they do not stock them anymore. Can I purchase a new charger or would it be cheaper to buy a new drill. If a new drill, can anyone recommend a good one, not too expensive, for occasional DIY. Thanks
