when i press the on off switch the shower comes on but when i release it the shower goes off. if i press the switch in and hold it in all the time the shower will stay on.

The problem you have presented would appear to indicate a problem with the on/off switch itself .

This part would be available as a spare part derectly from our Spares Dept or alternatively a service visit could be arranged thorugh our Service Dept - the contact telephone number being 0844 980 0750.
