My machine stops and shows 6E I need to put it on a spin to empty machine.

Error 6E in my case was the defect blue cable from control unit to heater, so I assume the 6E code is related to heating during the washing cycle

having the same problem i think code might be Be not 6e which means speed sensor .dont know how to fix it yet if that is the problem

And dit it work?

Took me a while to figure this one out as there is very little information. I think that 6E means that the water is not hot enough, i.e. that there is a fault with the heater. However, at the point my machine stopped the washing was hot, so I think the problem was with the sensor. If you lie the machine on it's back and remove the base the heater is below the drum. At the top (front) of this there is a little white connector which attachs to the water heater. On my machine it has one pink and one yellow wire coming from it. This connector seemed a bit loose, so I pushed it home securely and the machine seems to be working now (fingers crossed!).
Hope this helps.
