If its the one I think it is, the hob is around 30 inches long by 19 deep- not a standard size. Only a six burner hob will take up that space. Allow a couple of hundred plus fitting costs for a replacement. Moffat products were made by Thorn which was bought up by Zanussi. The burners are showing a yellow flare because the gas/air mixture is not right. This generally due to dirt or fluff in the burner intakes. Get a Corgi registered fitter to set it up. It will be cheaper than a new work top and hob. You'll still need the Corgi registered fitter for that.
