after shutting it off now it turns over but it will not start. changed the fuel filter but it still will not fireup its getting fuel but no luck.

was there water in the filter if so drain the tank and refill with clean fuel slcken off all injector pipes at the cylinder haed turn over diesel should be coming out of the pipes if not then you have a problem with the injection pump if its the rotary type they do not like water!
