i have a bosch exxcel fridge the door has dropped there appears to be a steel rod which protrudes from the top of the door with a nut on it i have tried turning the nut with a spanner as there is a lot of free play in the door but the nut does not take up the movement on the door there appears noway to get at this steel rod,can you please help.
