washing machine tells me to shut outer door before can continue this door is closed and nothing happens will also not allow me to cancel either. it stopped on the spin cycle child lock is not on

With the same problem I disconnect the lock.
In fact a switch ref 346101 (numbers of them in CR01) U/S but none available in the Caribean.
To disconnect the lock after remove the front panel, it's quite easy. But don't forget to connect the 2 electric cables together in order to mention to the computer that the door is closed.
