hey pal this happened to me the other day and i had to push it home :( is there anymore advise as mine wont fire. i bought a new spark plug and i am getting a strong spark. but i have to suck on one of the pipes from the carb to get fuel to the carb. am not sure what it can be and did you get your moped running again? cheers josh

it sounds like you have seized the engine several times to me and now it has had its last seizure and lost too much of the compression it dearly needs.i would do a compression check on it mate and then if it is low replace whatever parts it needs and afind out why it did it in the beginning the oil pump may be faulty or need bleeding.

you sound sure its a fuel problem, and you say fuel is getting to the carb ok, try doping the spark plug, that means dipping the electrode end of the plug into some petrol then refitting to engine, if bike fires up there's a chance that there's some muck in the carb which is being drawn into the jets therefore starving the engine of fuel.
