Where (how) can I repair the pump which is not running any more. I live in?

How can I repair the pump in my öko 528, which is not running any more. i THINK THE PUMP IS SPOILED AND MUST BE REPLACED.

on some pumps something small like a hair pin can jam it. some pumps can be easily un screwed to clean out'you might have to remove a hose or take pump out to do.i repaired mine this way 'good luck B.J.H.
