How do i manually release handbrake on my IVECO 75E15?

I need to release the handbrake on my 1993 75E15 so i can give the lorry a tug to free a starter motor, but the air is just below 8, what do i do to manually release please?

first , dont release h/brake.
if your starter motor is jammed, take the senser off at the top of you bell housing, 2off 13mm set screws, which will expose your starter ring. use pry bar to turn engine. if this fails check electrical system, batteries charged etc remove starter repair etc.( it wont start with cab up, it has safety switch on cab lock mech ) .

Look at the brake actuators , mounted from the back plates each side of the axle. There is a 24mm nut in the centre , wind it out as far as it will go & the handbrake will release , reverse the process afterwards.
Cheers , Terry.

hit the starter motor with a hammer that might free it off
