The pressure on the gauge keeps dropping below the green area every day, but when the heating is on it suddenly shoots up to the red side 3/4. We have checked for leaks and can't find any anywhere it is only 4 years old and we have already had some problems with it please can someone advise us as their helpline isn't much use.

Expansion vessels should be charged with nitrogen!!!!!

The air chamber in the expansion vessel wants repressuring with a tyre pump to 0.8 bar.

Blocked heat exchanger, most likely cause is it the heating system wasn't flushed properly when the boiler was installed. Well worth fitting a magna clean when is is repaired
