I believe Fellowes has sealed the unit to actually inhibit your repairing it. I think if you carefully pry along the bottom perimeter of the cutting assembly, the glue will give way. I seriously doubt whether you'll be able to obtain any replacement parts, though. I hate when manufacturers do this!
