my shower was playing up when it was on some times it would stop working and you turn back the power and it would work then one time it just stoped and that was that the water is coming and no power i put a face test on the line bit it wont pick up low power but at the pull cord i have power but it just not coming on .... o sorry it a aqualisa aquastream sn number is 097118 and i got it back in 2002 ...
