On my Turbomax+824e the flexi filling hose is hidden inside the boiler casing, from underneath all u can see are the pipes. there are two vales attached to the coldwater main and Central heating return (look like square boxes with a flathead screw set in them). using a flathead screwdriver turn the CH return one first then the one on the water main, u should hear the water hissing in. watch the pressure gauge go up, turn valve off when gauge reads between 1 and 1.5 and then turn ch return off too. switch heating on after as pressure will drop a bit when running. i find as long as it doesn't drop below 1 it works ok

Taken from a previous answer but I have the same issue so if you find a more concise answer, with diagrams and step by step instructions (haha) I would be v interested!!
There is normaly a braided steel filling loop on the bottom of the boiler linking the 15mm cold water supply to the larger diameter pipe. WITH THE HEATING COLD VERY SLOWLY turn the screw slot on the 15mm inlet either way will let water into the central heating system.there is a slot on the other end of the braided pipe as well, this may need turning to on first. KEEP THE SCREWDRIVER IN THE SLOT WHEN LETTING WATER IN AS YOU NEED TO TURN IT OFF WHEN UP TO PRESSURE.
( THESE FILLING LOOPS CAN BE BOUGHT AT DIY STORES )
