can you remove or byepass a turbo on a luguna 2002 and still run ok?

had another turbo fitted last year & now have the same problem again can't afford to have another one on, so wondered if it was possible to byepass & still run ok??

in a word no, it is linked to ecu and other places in car so looks like another turbo is needed.
