about 6 yrs old lovely BUT, had to move it out of the room for a new floor to be laid, it was put back and the water flow to a glass was slow, it made ice cubes, but now flow still slow and has stopped making ice, i have changed wall mounted filter,had the back and front grill off, can't see any blockage or ice, have turned it off over night , still to no avail, HELP PLEASE

thay are samsung agents so i guess they know what the are doing ,

we bought the RS21 samsung fridge freezer problems kit and fitted within 1 hour , although we had switched our fridge freezer of the night before - as recomended .

we had to call their samsung engineer a coupleof times just to make sure we were doing repair correct - he always asnwered and was very patieint whilst explaining what to do ..
