Honeywell Accenta Control Panel - No 12v supply - Can I fix?

Hi,
I recently damaged an alarm cable. The cable was replaced but on re-powering the control panel there seems to be no 12v supply for the PIR's (12v available for siren though). I've checked all the fuses - all ok. Any ideas -Is this something I can fix or have I ruined the panel.

Nice one.
Good to see our advise worked and you came back to let us know. Not very often that happens. Its good to get some positive feedback occasionally.

Thanks to all those who answered - It was a blown fuse on removing and putting a meter accross it.

Thats my point, a "blown" fuse can still look intact as you know.

Bet they were just looked at :-)
