With the engine off you can pump up the brake pedal and the pressure will hold. Start the engine to get the servo working the pedal will go down to give you more assistance from the servo, but if you keep the pressure on the pedal goes to the floor. There are no visual leaks and it has been fitted with new pads front and rear. It has also had a new master cylinder and servo.

it sounds as if you still have a small amount of air in system,it will need another bleed and if it is still the same it may need pressure bled
