My steam generator has worked perfectly - until now - it heats up and when I press the trigger I get a reduced amount of steam out of the plate on the iron and also from around the plate on the reservoir. What can I do - I am concerned.
Also I am confused about the replacement cartridges - to I replace the whole thing or just what is inside it?
