Not easy to do,without removing the cyl head. If you drill it & use a stud extractor etc, you run the risk of drilling too far or dropping debris down in to the cylinder. If it starts & runs ok, then it should be ok to leave it in,but disconnect the wire to that particular one, so it doesn't short & blow the fuse.
