When I turn the fire on the fire effect and the fan come on as they should, but only cold air is pumped out. What ever it is that produces the heat is not working. What can I do to repair it, replace a part etc. Have been told this make does not have spare parts, etc.
Can you let us know what the value of the thermal fuse was please? (Voltage, Current and Temp) I've just had the same issue and Winther Browne can't help.

Just had exactly the same problem. £500 fire just out of warranty and Winther Browne do not seem interested in helping. No engineers they say!
Decided to investigate myself with a meter and discovered a thermal fuse had blown. Cost 82p to replace from Maplin Electronics.
