ive already dun wat has bin said wiv the egsaust and the variater,and it only goes 40 still. there is no washer in the egsaust or the carb so wat else cud it b.?

the variator has a second plate right at the back of it simply take it off and it will do
50 mph and if it has a disruptor pipe on the exhaust cut it off and weld over the hole.
