My son broke the oven door & new one arrived today, all has gone well until I've gone to put the door back on. The 2 screws which hold the door hinge in place won't catch & I can't find any nuts lying around.

Have I done something wrong?

sometimes there is a metal plate behind the cooker frame which you screw the screws in to if this has fallen down the back you will have to strip it or struggle to find the mounting brackets.We all get caught out with this but you never forget.LOL
