i have a samsung american style fridgefreezer not sure off the model fridge on top freezer on bottom. 2 weeks ago after the freezer stopped working the fridge done the same. still lights up fan inside still goes but the tempreture insid is quiet warm. any suggestions much appreciated. it is quiet old not a new model.

thay are samsung agents so i guess they know what the are doing ,

we bought the RS21 samsung fridge freezer problems kit and fitted within 1 hour , although we had switched our fridge freezer of the night before - as recomended .

we had to call their samsung engineer a coupleof times just to make sure we were doing repair correct - he always asnwered and was very patieint whilst explaining what to do ..
