My Electrolux frost free fridge freezer is frosting up at the back of the freezer and the fridge is not very cold. The frost on the back of the freezer is about half way up. The fast freeze drawer at the top, in which I keep ice cream etc is not freezing properly but the other lower drawers seem to be working fairly normally. Any ideas as to what is wrong with the thing?

auto defrost issue.could be a faulty heater or thermal fuses.NOT a job you can do yourself although defrosting it MANUALLY for 24hr with doors left open MIGHT make it appear to work OK again BUT will end up failing after a few weeks.At least this way you know it is an auto defrost issue
