My Lazy boy rocker recliner will only partialy recline (does't matter if the foot rest is up or down). It will go back about 1/4 to 1/3 of they way and stop. I can force it back and its like something is stuck in the mechanism but when I turn it over there is nothig in it and when I put it back upright it will work perfectly for about 1 or 2 times reclining.
