It isn't easy, we needed a few disasters at the breaker's yard to work it out.
Remove the small insert in the window button switch panel, then lift out the whole switch panel, it may resist a bit but it is push fit. That will reveal 2 gold bolts which are the only fixings for the door lining panel, the rest is just plugged into the door and hung on the window sill, lever off from the bottom first.
All the connectors are push fit, find the lugs and they pull off.
The wire of the winder mechanism needs to be under tension or it gets chewed up, I had to replace mine because it had got tangled while the broken blocks were off their runners. The plastic blocks are easily broken but can be bought on Ebay for about £15 a door.
It is fiddly to put back together but achievable. We needed a couple of trips to the breaker's yard and a few new blocks before we got it right. Cost me about £45 for the bits.
