semi or fully synthetic??

I need to buy 5W/30 oil for Xreg ford KA - Should it be semi or fully synthetic? It doesn't specify this in the manual! It's expensive , so I want to get the right one..

the cheaper one will do,no problem, expensive oils are for high performance engines, not a ka.
