what is the problem with my zanussi turbojetstream 1200? It won't rinse, spin or drain. During the rinse, water goes into the drum, but the drum doesn't turn and the machine makes a strange, wailing sound!? I would appreciate any ideas on what could be the problem and how it can be solved.
