lol thats the panel i meant its held in a little round rubber holder and its black and round too dont worry m i know your the peugeot expert :D

sorry to step on your toes adam but it is under the handlebar panel black round relay made by transval with one white multiplug going into it, if its faulty just replace it dont try and fix it
