Does anyone know how to open the cover of the driver's door?

I have a Nissan Micra 2009 Visia 1.2 5d. I need to check the connection of the central locking system, the problem is in the drivers door, it won't lock with the key. CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO REMOVE THE INSIDE COVER OF THE DRIVER'S DOOR? i.e where are the clips located and which one to start from? And how to go about it? Your response will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

have a good look around the edges of door panel, handles etc, for any small screws, if you find any, remove them, then lifting from the bottom, slide the panel up, as it will be held by plastic clips, just be careful, as these clips can break.

Thankyou for the reply.

I don't think it will be under warranty because it is a category D, repaired vehicle. By the way it can't be the key because the rest of the doors lock. Any more ideas?????

car should still be under warranty, take it back to dealers for them to repair, might just be the key, if you try it yourself and botch the job you will find dealers will not entertain them fixing car under the warranty.
