Set the machine going on any programmeand it will not move onto the rinse and spin cycle. I can hear the pump working but the drum stays still. The on/off light flashes and the light for the midi load comes on, even though this hasn't been selected. It does this for approx 5 mins before it will turn off. The belt is still on. Any suggestions. Thanks
