If 2002 vectra B remove ns inner wheel arch liner remove washer bottle and the filter is on the back of the pump, most common cause for blockage is mixing washer fluids from different manufacturers it turns to jelly basically and blocks the filter

usually located in the washer bottle where the pump presses in,may have to remove wheel and inner mudwing for access
