My optima 3 alarm has frozen, I press the buttons but nothing happens?

My optima 3 alarm has frozen. I press the buttons but nothing happens! The tamper alarm light is lit but I keep pressing the buttons but it makes no difference. Any ideas?

optima panels lock out when a tamper fault occurs, fault needs clearing before panel can be reset.
